Lowcountry Area Walmarts are “Wrapped Up” in fundraising for MUSC Shawn Jenkins Children’s Hospital

Store manager, Sam Piro, of the Walmart in the Market at Oakland shopping center in Mt. Pleasant, allowed coworkers to saran wrap him to a chair to help with fundraising for Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals.  He was not allowed to be released until he reached his fundraising goal.  Previous patient of the MUSC Children’s Hospital, Elle Robison, is pictured below with store manager, Sam.  Elle underwent open heart surgery as a baby and now has a “miracle mark” to remind her that she is truly a miracle.  Funds raised at all Walmarts in the lowcountry help benefit kids like Elle.   Visit your local store and make a donation today!
